Acceptance of Terms — What Happens When You Register
By registering an account or using any services provided by 110z, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 110z as the platform operator. Acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory condition before access to our services is granted.
110z reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the platform, and continued use following such notification will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To register a 110z account, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Users who are underage are strictly prohibited from using this platform.
Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Creating duplicate accounts, proxy accounts, or accounts on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access.
If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify the 110z support team immediately via email at [email protected] for further action.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
110z users are required to use the platform in a responsible, lawful manner that does not disrupt other users or the platform's systems. The following are the key rules that all users must observe.
The 110z platform is for the personal use of registered users only. Use for commercial purposes, as an agent, or on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
Fraud, money laundering, system hacking, attempts to exploit platform vulnerabilities, use of automated software, and any other illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
All information provided during registration and the account verification process must be accurate, current, and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination and freezing of funds.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the 110z platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them.
Successful deposits will be credited within the timeframe stated on the payment page. 110z is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, users are advised to contact customer support with proof of transaction.
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, subject to satisfactory identity verification. 110z reserves the right to request supporting documents to meet compliance requirements before any withdrawal is approved.
Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, tax evasion, or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be terminated immediately.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
110z shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, technical failures beyond our control, or the actions of third parties. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability.
All content on the 110z platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the intellectual property of 110z or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of these elements without prior written consent.
110z reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, provides false information, or threatens the security of the platform or other users. All suspension and termination decisions are final, subject to our internal review process.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The 110z platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. These links are provided for user convenience only and 110z has no control over the content or privacy policies of those third-party websites. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk.
110z reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, for material changes, we will endeavour to notify users via the platform or their registered email. It remains the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
